Liver Health Screening
Appointment Only
The mobile liver screening service will be visiting on 29th April to offer free liver health checks for adults who may be at increased risk of liver disease. The check is quick and painless and takes place inside the screening van.
Appointments must be booked in advance and are available in 15-minute time slots between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
To book an appointment, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Aged 45–65
- BMI over 27
- Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes
- Previously diagnosed with viral hepatitis
- Drink alcohol above recommended limits
If you do not meet at least one of these criteria, you will not be able to book an appointment. The Bus will be located in the Morrisons Car Park.
Please note: the screening bus does not have wheelchair access, so this should be considered if you have mobility difficulties.
